Obviuosly inebriated yet again!
No, When Cheney’s hand slipped out of his arse for a moment, the confused liar of his reality took over; causing him to speak in tongues from his native ‘moronville!’ It’s beyond me how more than half of what was once known as a progressive nation could have fallen for such a bold faced liar and bad actor as G. Dubya Bush.
Anyone whom saw and heard his comments need no further proof, the man is not only incompetent, he’s dillusional.
