This Administration has an incredibly poor record in risk assessment and risk management. It's hard to even imagine how you could do worse - throw darts at a map??? If they wanted to really address the root causes of terrorism after 9-11, why didn't we invade Pakistan? or Saudi Arabia? These turds couldn't find their asses with both hands and a flashlight...
