I think you're so lucky to have been able to participate is such a seminar. That is my all time favorite Bible verse, because I truely do consider myself a child of God. IMO we need to do everything in our power to get the "party of torture" out of office. I have been so disgusted that none of the RW religious leaders have come out with a strong message about torture being wrong. IMO they are just disgraceful and we should all be writing them and asking, "Who would Jesus Torture?" Outrage fatigue? You bet, but this has fired me up more then ever. What a nice post.
