Not once does Jesus comment on homosexuality. It is not even mentioned in the new testament. And the picking and choosing of which scriptures to adhere to and which to throw out from the old testament is based on some individual pastor's personal opinion. These are not Christians. These churches don't hide their dogma. They sincerely believe that God has spoken to them through the Bible and admonished everyone not to engage in homosexuality. They make that clear to everyone. Religious gay folk have got to understand that they were made in God's image, too. They have to come to grips with the fact that fundamentalist sects and religions will never accept them. There are many other churches where they can hear the 'good news'. Gay folk need to join those churches and stop punishing themselves.
