Guiliani is constantly saying that there definately will be another attack. Do they know the exact date of the next big attack? Probably. They seem so very confident about their intel, the Iraq War lies not-with-standing. Good God, only a complete flag-sucking fool could delude oneself into believing the official stories of 9/11, WMDs in Iraq, Oklahoma City, or any of these so called terror events. But now that Habeas Corpus has been suspended, there's no need for open trials, or to know the accused or the accusers, or the charges. We just let the baseless acussations fly and keep 'em locked up and let the media spin the lies to the public who enthusiastically suck it right up.
