As a supposed Catholic, he should know that "primate" is the ecclesiastical term for the chief bishop of a province, country, or other administrative district. As head of the RCC, the pope is the ultimate primate. He also maintains that on his website, "when we see objectionable things, we take it off immediately..." In other words, he's saying, "We don't llike something that one of our members paid his monthly dues to post, we deny his free speech rights and censor him."
