As a supposed Catholic, he should know that &quot;primate&quot; is the ecclesiastical term for the chief bishop of a province, country, or other administrative district.  As head of the RCC, the pope is the ultimate primate.

He also maintains that on his website, &quot;when we see objectionable things, we take it off immediately...&quot;  In other words, he&#039;s saying, &quot;We don&#039;t llike something that one of our members paid his monthly dues to post, we deny his free speech rights and censor him.&quot;</description>
