Bush is dangerous, and his inabilty to speak coherently has been getting worse for many months. It is bizarre, but it's more bizarre that he has not been removed from power. Truly, our emperor has no mind, but with impeachment "off the table", what are we to do? Until he is somehow removed from office and locked up for our protection, he has "free reign" (no pun)to do whatever his mad brain desires. He worries about his legacy, but first he needs an epitaph.
