Every president since Nixon — Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush II — has had blue eyes. Why? One theory has it that our presidents’ eyes turned blue around the same time that color televisions became ubiquitous.

Among this years’ candidates, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and Fred Thompson have blue eyes.

Thompson doesn’t have a chance. Edwards has no money. So…
