Among all voters, 71 percent disapprove of Bush’s handling of the economy, while 28 percent approve.
Overall, 32 percent approved of Bush’s job performance versus 66 percent who disapproved.
And yet the republicans stick with Bush…this only shows me how Ignorant they are!
So that’s the time line? Takes seven years for the poor, white-trash Republicans to crack and get a clue that the corporate CEO Republicans aren’t trickling down anything good on them?

Bush reminds me of the spoiled rich kid in college who borrows your car and returns it the next day a broken down mess. The republicans have been a massive disappointment. Their blind loyalty is the same kind of loyalty that got Jim Jones to get people to drink the toxic koolaid. Loyalty should only be granted when one is informed and it always should be conditional.
The saddest part of all this is that the 45% of Republicans who disapprove are only looking at the economy as it affects their own assets. The attitude is still “Screw the other guy–it’s me I’m worried about”.
George W. Bush has never “handled” any thing like”the economy”: he is lucky if he can “handle” his personal equipment well enough not to pee on his pointy toed boots!
His “staff and handlers” do the “handling” while he “gets his face time o9n TV, and “decides” to do what every CORPORATE ‘MERIKA tells him to decide, and that’s how he keeps his place in his “land of pretend”!

Bush approval rating is more likely around 10%. It has been my experience thats about the percentage of the living dead.
We Democrats already knew the economy was tanking. Now, after Black Friday and the poor sales this Christmas weekend, Republicans now know it too.
The fact he has ANY approval rating at this point in his failed, and unbelievable two-terms, suggests that there are suckers born every second let alone minute. Anyone who thinks that man was actually thinking of anyone other than his little own self (not even Laura and those twins…what’s their names) is lost in space. The man is the stupidest, most clueless president on the last century. Amurica got what it deserved. Let’s hope we deserve better next time.
