Meta-politics. They lose three primaries today. But when they win Texas and Ohio in three weeks it's a comeback, their campaign is on the right track. Note, this has been a "bounceless" primary season. No "mo" for anyone from victories. The Clintons needed to show donors they were "doing something" and have something to spin when they do win later. It's a meaningless change. There's been a great deal of Kabuki this year. Moves and remarks meant to shape the context of the contest. "It took LBJ to turn MLK's dream into a reality" (meant to increase Obama's black support and thereby alienate marginal white and hispanic support for him) "Reagan and the Republicans had the ideas" (meant to draw Clinton's ire and demonstrate he no longer has any connection to independents, moderates and Reagan Democrats). This shakeup is just a bit more of the same, political theater. It’s cosmetic. Meta-politics. They lose three primaries today.
