Bankruptcy Judges are not appointed by the President. They are appointed by the United States Court of Appeals. As a result, your premise that Judge Somma was appointed by President Bush is incorrect.

One should worry about the Judges left in place and the ones currently nominated.

we provided proof of $300 million in fraud and 34 acts of perjury to the DE Federal Courts, instead of Notifying and Referring the matter to the US Attorney as is mandated by 18 USC 3057(a) and 28 USC 586(a)(3)(F), the Judge and UST gave one firm (TBF)implied, blanket, immunity and refused to even mention the name of the other law firm (MNAT) despite the fact that both law firms confessed to supplying more than 16 false affidavits each.
Then we discover the US Attorney for DE was a partner with the “un-mentioned” law firm MNAT in 2001, when the fraud and perjury began.
His punishment for violating ethics and protocols in not prosecuting his former firm or clients, he is now Nominated to be a Federal Dist Ct Judge.

Apparently the anti-Republican author and numerous “progressive liberal” commenters think it is “so hilarious” that they have discovered a cross-dresser. Is Are these people among those who call Rep or cons “bigots” and “intolerant”? I’m a Christian, saddened to see such hatred expressed toward a cross-dresser.
