I would say that the Conservatives, and the NeoCons who are not in jail yet have the real self-destruction. The Left does not demand the goose-step obedience from its base that the Right does. What was (is) at issue with what AAR did to Randi Rhodes was out of line because she was not representing them when she did her act. That was a private club and she was contracted directly by the club for it. It was not an AAR act nor was she on their clock. Many famous people do stand up on their own time, and several of them use very foul language.

Wow. It’s hard to believe Air America thought that was suspension material when you see the whole act. I agree the timing is suspicious. What took them so long? It’s either a big deal or it’s not. Sounds to me as if it was first O.K., even unnoticed, then someone somewhere decided to call for her head. It’s Samantha Power all over again.
