An hour after voting ended, MSNBC declared Hillary Clinton to be the winner in the Pennsylvania primary. At 6:10 p.m., with 8 percent of the vote in, she leads Barack Obama 53 percent to 47 percent.

Update: The final tally was Clinton with 55 percent to Obama’s 45 percent.
