White House: McClellan Is ‘Disgruntled’ Ex-Employee

A portent of things to come for Scott McLellan, via the Fox News website:

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said Wednesday that it’s clear former Press Secretary Scott McClellan is “disgruntled” about his time working in the Bush administration.

Perino was responding to McClellan’s new book, which slams President Bush on domestic and foreign issues, such as Iraq and Hurricane Katrina, and says Bush was not “open and forthright on Iraq” and was slow in his response to Katrina.

“Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House,” Perino said. “For those of us who fully supported him, before, during and after he was press secretary, we are puzzled. It is sad — this is not the Scott we knew.”

Nothing about whether his allegations are true — just name-calling, revving up for the full assault of smears and character assassination to come, especially if the book is a big seller.

McClellan should avoid dark alleys for the rest of his life, as should his entire family.

Yes, since McClellan won’t have Secret Service protection like the criminals he worked for will have!

  2. Disgruntled? Just wish he had said all before he resigned. We all know what he says is absolutely true! I want to see that jelly donut, Rove, indicted!!! Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, Sleazy Rice and all the rest need to be tried for war crimes!! Scotty better watch his back, he will accidentally commit suicide, kind of like the Beltway madame and
Martha Mitchell.Yes, I now she didnt commit suicide, she was conveniently offed!

  3. My favorite part of the coverage is that no one in the admin seems to have read the book. Indeed, Dana said that Bush would not read the book or the coverage of the book or the coverage of the coverage of the book. Well, I can’t blame him. I think McClellan is a horrid little tool who wouldn’t know the truth if he stepped in it. I’m also already sick of the coverage of the coverage of the …..
