Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people. Never underestimate the democrats’ proclivity to lose elections they should win by a landslide. Never underestimate the republicans’ lust for power or the depths they will go to hold on to their power. I hate to sound negative, but george w fucking bush has been president for eight fucking years. He will be leaving this country in the worst condition since the civil war.

I work with a herd of people who love her. All they can say in her defense is “She knows energy.” Which kills me because there are plenty of people in our country who “know energy,” but are infinitely smarter than her.

Our society as devolved into rah-rah politics that caters to the reality-show-watchers in our midst.

Ever see that movie Idiocracy? I swear that’s the new prophecy.

That’s ok, people aren’t buying it, not even right-wing rednecks. But, is this just because times are tough (and getting tougher) and people are watching and listening more carefully than usual?

Americans UNITE when times are tough, so Palin’s BS is coming across as just that; It’s just too bad the U.S. can’t unite when things are GOOD, then we could SHED these dip$hit politicians…
