Schubert is a Republican and the ad campaign is all about his getting a large portion of the 8 million dollars the Mormon church gave him to do this. The Mormons should be charged with sedition.

It can be argued that Schubert, via his lies, committed Election Fraud. Therefore, he as well as other participants can be prosecuted under California and federal law. Plus, the vote for Prop H8 can be nullified.

The LGBT community really should have dedicated more of its ground forces and campaign resources into educating voters about those issues that are critical to their community better that they did. Granted, they were out-manuevered and out-monied by the religio fascists and homophobic bigots. Granted, the LGBT comminunity is a minority group facing off against an established giant. Still, though, they needed to have polished some smooth stones to aim at the head of their enemy, instead of falling back on a reliance on liberal progress and success in this last election. And, the absolute worst thing they could have done was to fall into the trap of blame placement the MSM propagandists have been divisively interjecting since Prop 8 was voted in. It was wrong of the LGBT community to single out minority groups, all of whose numbers were no greater than their own, to accuse and publicly castigate for the bill's being voted into law. If these accused groups actually boasted the political clout the MSM propagandists are manipulating limited voter stats to suggest, don't they think the government of, by, and for those people would better reflect that clout?

The reality is that fear-mongers, bigots, and religio-fascist xenophobes had the numbers that made the difference. These narrowminded cowards deployed a well armed ground force that included butt-plugs like Schubert who effectively miseducated the public. The bad thing, however, is that ground force went virtually unchallenged by the LGBT community, whose only response was that they had the same rights as their enemies, rights which demanded proof in the public forum. Why is it that we only find out the detractors have gay, lesbian, tranny, or bi-sexual tethers after the fact? Why couldn't that have been worked into live confrontations with the enemy before the 4th of November? The very geniuses who are warring the hardest boast Jeff Gannon, Ted Haggard, and Schebert's sister. The GOP boasts Log Cabin support that goes virtually ignored and untapped when it comes to educating the public about the LGBT realities of everyday life in America.

If the Nation is going to be strong, we cannot allow any faction of the population to be negatively objectified or marginalized this way. That one person is gay has no bearing on the next individual's heterosxuality. NONE! Furthermore, there will be no laws subjugating heterosexuals to homosexuality, as most detractors so falsely claim. Faithful adherants to religious institutions will no more be required to preach any differently or rewrite their established creeds and practices to be politically correct than historians will be required to rewite any of the works of the antiquities to be culturally correct in this new global social economy. The only difference will be that any persons, gay or straight, living together will be afforded all the rights and priveleges once reserved for heterosexual couples. These people, be they girlfriend and girlfriend or three cousins and an Army buddy can claim each other on their insurance, fully support each other financially, and raise and claim children in residence on their collective taxes, sans a lot of the legal haggling that currently red tapes the works. Families will no lonber be limited in scope to being one man, one woman, their natural or legally adopted children, and their pets. It doesn't just afford gays the right to marry. It affords people living together with children liberties and rights once only granted to married heterosexual couples. This is a very good thing for more than the LGBT community. There are a lot of people living together who could benefit from being able to claim family members, life partners, younger siblings, and whoever on their work insurance or income taxes. It would make adoption of children and care of elderly family and friends a lot easier.
