One snicker is worth a thousand words. Yeah, Black can argue all day long from his white supremacist position, and he’d be right, damn his soul. One question I didn’t raise in the article is why would a Dinerstein be involved with the Republican Party of Palm Beach County. Frankly, I think those people (the PBCRP) deserve whatever happens to them.

Ya know, Buck, Black could argue that he is upholding PBCRP’s principles and the actual Constitution considering that only white men who owned land were able to vote. I’m not saying it’s right, I’m just saying if he wanted to be a literalist, perhaps even a Federalists (if you will), he might have a case.
