Wow. That’s the first video I’ve seen of any of this. Is that guy some other life form? Ryan never had a chance.
The judge seemed fair to me. If Bearden is the guy who wasn’t “as bad,” I can’t wait to see the other one.
This vid represents only the third time we heard Bearden speak. The first time was in a recording of his questioning by detectives when he was considered just a witness. The second was just a word or two mid-week last week when he declined to testify on his own behalf, even though the defense had promised it at the outset.
