As for the other names that you listed, they were found through extraction- thousands to millions of official records are taken from government or church sources at one time- and were not submitted individually. That said, The Church does teach that everyone who ever lived on the Earth must have their temple work done. I doubt that you care to clarify the doctrine, but AFTER choosing to accept or reject their proxy baptism, all people are then judged by God and will end up wherever HE sends them; baptism is not a golden ticket. Thank goodness God knows the truth about Ted Bundy and is the final judge.
