Americans are woefully ignorant of their own heritage. Over half can't name a single Supreme Court justice. 30% can't name a single Amendment from the Bill of Rights. 15% don't even know what the Bill of Rights is! Obama should begin having weekly TV chats with the American people - if only to educate them on basic American principles.
