After working on energy legislation for years iin the past, he's now come out against it. He will also vote against hc reform without batting an eyelash. IMHO, this reveals the real reason he's in the Senate: for the prestige and recognition, plus I believe he gets off on having some people think he's more influential than he really is, and I think these are among the worst reasons for being a politician.
