That is not an important issue for anything. Continue to do so as if there is a quota is racist in itself. People should be hired only based on qualifications. NOW--how about measuring that for the last 3 Presidents--Obama, Bush, Clinton. How many candidates were not qualified and were purely a political payback nomination? How many candidates did each President have that were nominated but rejected because of ethical problems, etc----like not paying taxes? Which President wins this category, including the President willing to spend political capital to get his person approved. It appears that Obama is high on this list also--but is he #1 also?
