Happy Couple? Rove and Gannon
Last week Karl Rove, George W. Bush’s former brain, did just that. He got divorced practically in secret:
No one reported on the divorce until it had already been granted, which indicates the court file must have been sealed for some reason. I’ve seen no indication that anyone in the press has even seen the divorce complaint. It isn’t even clear who filed for divorce — Rove or his wife, Darby?
But why would Rove be so desperate to deflect coverage of his divorce?
Gawker suggests that with Darby out of the way, Rove “can finally gay marry Jeff Gannon, in Argentina.”
Gannon was the fake reporter who was mysteriously given a pass to sit in on White House press briefings and ask right-wing softball questions for two years. He was eventually unmasked as a Republican plant — which would have been filed away as business as usual for the Bushies, except that this plant had a second career as a male prostitute whose nom de ho was Bulldog.
Folks in the know point to this bit of history from 2005:

But Rove’s dominance of White House and Republican politics, Gannon’s aggressively partisan work and the ease with which he got day passes for the White House press room the past two years make it hard to believe that he wasn’t at least implicitly sanctioned by the “boy genius.” Rove, who rarely gave on-the-record interviews to the MSM (mainstream media), had time to talk to GOPUSA, which owns Talon.
It happens that this is Rove’s second divorce. Plus, Rove’s father was gay. And the timing is interesting. The Washington, D.C., has legalized gay marriage, pending approval of the Democrats in Congress.
In right-wing circles, where rumors harden into facts at their first exposure to air — where, to cite just one example, Pres. Obama is a socialist-fascist Muslim who was born in Kenya and/or Indonesia — there is enough here to qualify as a “solid rumor” that Rove is secretly gay and has left his wife for a famous erstwhile male escort.
It is also apt that Rove specialized in creating whispering campaigns, the most famous being the rumor that spread like wildfire among racist Republicans in South Carolina (redundant, sorry) just before the 2000 primary vote that John McCain, George Bush’s Republican opponent, was the father of a black child.
Where there is smoke there is fire, or so they say, and with all these stories floating around, Rove needs to step up and come clean about his relationship with this former prostitute. He should avoid the mistake of letting the story fester on the Internet as Glenn Beck has done by refusing to discuss his role in the rape and murder of a young girl in 1990.

At first I thought this article was serious, then I read,

Still, at least in this case, republican rumor hardening into fact is good enough for me.
P.S. It HAD to be Darby initiating the divorce… How could ANYONE stand that putrid bag of pus?

This does make sense. Karl Rove is a classic closeted “conservative.”
You know, I forgot all about “Jeff Gannon.” A couple that is known to several of the party-goers enters a White House party and the news cycle lasts a month, but this sleezer attends press conferences for two years and no one bats an eye.

And, no doubt, the “receiver” to the “Bullgog” Gannon’s “pitch”, if you catch my drift. I always thought that Rove was a closeted homosexual. I sincerely hope that this becomes a much larger and highly publicized story.
Rove , the hypocrite, did SO MUCH DAMAGE to others by using his position to poison their lives and careers. Payback’s a B*tch, and so is Rove. Now we know why he has always been so secretive. Of course Darby filed for the divorce…heck, she probably caught them in “the act”.

The government is full of gays but not law abiding ones. Where is that open and ethical democracy Obama promised us? Just like the open and ethical democracy of the Bush administration.
A pending/ongoing liaison with Gannon was the first thing that came to mind when I first read of Rove’s divorce.
A question came up five or six years ago about the cabal and their marrages . Condi and Rove were the most talked about in this area .
The Crawford Caligula is more likely the Gannon customer since Bush showed an odd fetish for touching and kissing bald heads (like Gannon’s) and he called Gannon by the same nickname, “Bulldog” he used for his gay college roommate Victor Ashe.

If you watch behind the studio announcers (Howie, Jimmy, Terry, et. al) they have television personnel walking around, talking on the phone, sitting by computers, etc.

I always figured that Gannon sexed up both doughboy Karl and Cumguzzling Dumbya himself on a regular basis. Maybe Karl turned Dumbya on to his favorite boy toy? Both are known to be closeted homosexuals. Seems “closeted homosexual” or some other bizarre sexual hang-up like wearing crappy diapers, meeting strange black men in a public men’s room at the airport, or flying off to the dominican republic with a bottle of “blue pills” so you can have sex with underage boys is a requirement to even call yourself “republican” for quite a few years now. Creepy, isn’t it?
