Trump Lost 4 Percent of Income Last Year


“President Trump’s income from several of his most high-profile properties fell last year, including a nearly $2.5 million drop at his Florida resort Mar-Lago and a $1 million decline one of his Florida golf resorts, his new financial disclosure reveals,” the Wall Street Journal reports. “In total, the minimum value of Mr. Trump’s income fell 4% to $434.8 million in 2018, down from $452.5 million the previous year.”

A new Quinnipiac poll funds 57% of American voters say President Trump committed crimes before he became president. In addition, 46% say Trump committed crimes since he became president.


Trump Still Facing 16 Probes


Garrett Graff: “Back in December, I ran down the 17 investigations, which at the time focused on questions about Trump’s world and Russian influence in the US… Today, perhaps half of those cases have more or less wrapped up. … That leaves open at least eight of the original 17, as well at least another eight new cases that have emerged in recent months. … In other words, Trump’s world still appears to face 16 known criminal and civil probes, from as many as a dozen different federal, state, and local prosecutors.”


Trump’s Big Donors get Ambassadorships


An NBC News review of those who donated to the Trump inauguration “found at least 14 major contributors to its inaugural fund who were later nominees to become ambassadors, donating an average of slightly over $350,000 apiece. Though the Trump administration says the business acumen of these nominees qualifies them to represent the U.S. abroad, six of the 14 nominations have languished for months in the Republican-controlled Senate. One nomination has stalled for about two years.”

T-Mobile Used Trump Hotel Stays to Parlay Influence


“T-Mobile’s patronage of President Trump’s Washington hotel increased sharply after the announcement of its merger with Sprint last April, with executives spending about $195,000 at the property since then, the company told congressional Democrats in a letter last month,” the Washington Post reports. “Before news of the megadeal between rival companies broke on April 29, 2018, the company said, only two top officials from T-Mobile had ever stayed at Trump’s hotel, with one overnight stay each in August 2017.”


Trump Crony Named to Russian Oligarch’s Board Day After Sanctions Lifted

Bag Man Cohen Paid to Rig Polls for Trump


President Trump’s former fixer and personal attorney Michael Cohen paid a technology expert to rig online polls in Trump’s favor, the Wall Street Journal reports. John Gauger, the owner of Red Finch Solutions and chief information officer at Liberty University, said Cohen offered him $50,000 to rig two online polls. Cohen handed Gauger a Walmart bag loaded with about $12,000 in cash during a 2015 meeting at Cohen’s Trump Organization office, but he never paid him the remainder of the promised $50,000.

Most Americans Suspect Russia Has Dirt on Trump

51% to 35%

A new Quinnipiac poll finds that American voters believe 51% to 35% “that the Russian government has compromising information about President Trump.” However, Republicans don’t believe by 70% to 18% that there is compromising information — the only listed party, gender, education, age or racial group which does not believe it.
